Stunningly refurbished in December 2007, this magnificent retreat was once home to the Brigidine Order of Nuns in Coonamble, about 600kms west of the Hunter Valley.
After careful reconstruction it now sits amidst magnificent landscaped gardens and vineyards.
Seventeen spacious guest rooms are beautifully furnished in a provincial French country bedroom style, with large balconies overlooking the vineyards. A warm homely ambience encourages relaxed conversation with old and new friends.
